Through s comprehensive decannulation program, the Gaylord team encourages the use of the <span class=\"pm_ws\">Passy Muir<\/span><sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Valve early in the recovery process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"page_paragraph\">Gaylord consistently gathers data and conducts research related to tracheostomies and <span class=\"pmv_ws\"><span class=\"pm_ws\"><span class=\"pm_ws\">Passy Muir<\/span><\/span> Valve<\/span> use. Through this comprehensive program, many ventilator-dependent patients are weaned with the supervision and support of their pulmonary team.
